Almost two years ago we moved to a larger building in a more centralized location. With over 6,500 square feet of space we can provide fast friendly assistance at prices below our major competitors. We are constantly working to maintain our state of the art facility, in order to provide exceptional service at an affordable price.
Services:
When appropriate, we check your computer in at our one-of-a-kind check in bench. After your computer is attached, two monitors display your computer's activity. This way a technician can address your concerns while you view the activity on you own monitor. This system is also used to verify the repairs were completed to your satisfaction when you pick it up. We want you to participate in the indication of the problem and confirm that your concerns have been addressed before you take your computer home. Experience the difference; your concerns should be met to your satisfaction. You shouldn't have to settle for your computer be handed to you as being repaired only to find out later that you aren't satisfied with the results.
